Jeremy’s Restaurant

A beautiful and very private venue at Borde Hill Gardens.
Jeremy’s restaurant is near Cuckfield and Hayward’s Heath and forms part of what is known as Borde Hill Gardens.
However it’s very much a private and separate entity and the amount of space you have to yourself at Jeremy’s is very impressive – the vine is clearly the main photographic backdrop as you’ll see from my pictures and indeed the quality of the light in it makes for very evocative photographs.

Borde Hill Gardens themselves are nearby for those who would like some time together and well worth exploring. A Jeremy’s tradition I really enjoy is serving tea and cake during a long afternoon reception, which means there’s no rush into an early wedding breakfast and the bride and groom can spend longer talking to their guests during what is the heart of the day.
For those who want set piece family shots I find the orchard makes a great background and enables such pictures to be taken quickly and discretely away from guests. I can recommend the marquee – it gives a helpfully even light which is great for photographs.
