08/11/10Wedding Photography at Tylney Hall

Alex and Chris, Tylney Hall, nr.Hook, Hampshire, 2nd October 2010.
When the families of the bride and groom both live in Australia you appreciate the potential of the digital age, with pictures of the wedding going online in a week – in the past I used to be contacted by parents who still hadn’t seen the pictures after 6 months.
Tylney Hall is a wonderful place, tucked away in the Hampshire countryside between Hook and Reading. Over the years I’ve worked here on many occasions and I’m always impressed by the range and scope of the grounds.

Alex and Chris were very relaxed throughout the planning and on the day itself, resulting in a very natural set of pictures. Chris was even able to demonstrate throwing a top hat in to the air and catching on your head many times – and never missed. Like many of my clients Alex and Chris wanted largely reportage photography, but also some family groups and some pictures of the two of them on their own that did justice to the location.
The bride’s reaction on seeing the pictures? “I really can’t thank you enough fro the job you did …just what we wanted.”
Thank you Alex and Chris, it was a fabulous day.
