17/06/13Walled Garden at Cowdray Wedding Photography

The Walled Garden, Cowdray Park, Midhurst, 29th April 2013
A selection of pictures for all those who like photography of ‘details’ , including the fabulous food of Jacaranda Catering who have their HQ next to the Walled Garden and a very rarely glimpsed macaroon tower.
You captured the day and moments between guests beautifully and you actually managed to create pictures where I find myself really beautiful, and that’s not an easy task …
Not everyone wants to have their pictures on the web and I always respect that, so at the request of the bride and groom there are no people pictures here. What I can share with you are the bride’s comments on seeing her pictures:
‘The photographs are amazing. The 1st one actually gave me goosebumps. You captured the day and moments between guests beautifully and you actually managed to create pictures where I find myself really beautiful, and that’s not an easy task
The photographs are so natural and the colours so vivid that when we look at them it’s like we’re back at the Walled Garden having a brilliant day.
Thanks you so much for understanding what we wanted from those pictures and creating something that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives.’
Your images are a collection of emotion evoking memories which we will treasure for a long long time.
Unusually the groom was moved to comment as well:
“I just wanted to add as well that I am extremely impressed with your pictures. You have captured some great moments, poses and facial expressions that are entertaining and moving.
Thank you so much for listening to our requirements and taking “fly-on-the-wall” shots, outstanding shots of the food and flowers, capturing our little boy in various areas and acknowledging what the wedding party were wearing. All the effort to include these personal touches you have captured will be remembered and finally seem worth all the effort now.
Your images are a collection of emotion evoking memories which we will treasure for a long long time. We have been fondly looking at the photos together and individually and regularly since the honeymoon I have found myself grinning (I have been told somewhat idiotically) at these shots at work – particularly through the stressful times – and I am transported back to the 29th and reliving everything again.”
Thank you both, comments like these are hugely valued – and what I set out to achieve for all my clients.
