“Basically, I couldn’t be happier” – Nikki’s comments on seeing their pictures mean the world and are just what I want to hear.
Before their wedding, Nikki and John had given me a very clear idea of what they wanted to see – they especially wanted the warm indoor colours of Ramster in winter they had seen in pictures from other weddings I’d photographed and also sent me a file of pictures of mine they particularly liked which included many different backgrounds and locations within Ramster.
You made sure we got all the pictures we wanted and more without interfering with the day.
So I was absolutely delighted to hear Nikki’s reaction to the pictures: “They are amazing and so natural which is just what we wanted … you made sure we got all the pictures we wanted and more without interfering with the day. I love how we have so many pictures with beautiful backgrounds yet none of them look forced or posed…”.
As the weather gets more difficult my future posts will show just what can be achieved in even in the most challenging conditions, but it has to be said this was a very mixed day with a fair amount of rain and so when Nikki writes “You did such a good job considering the weather …and the pictures look like it must have been a sunny day which it certainly wasn’t!” I’m especially pleased.
I must also mention the fabulous flowers by Kate Avery – with just gorgeous rich colours admired by everyone present, I hope I’ve done them justice.
DJ Mark – Ramster’s musical maestro
I’d like to also thank Mark, Ramster’s resident DJ from thedj.co.uk, who always makes sure his lights will help with the dance pictures as well as playing great music that gets the world on its feet – the dance shots here and on Facebook have been admired by many. Most importantly Nikki commented “I was so happy that you managed to get me twirling around in my dress as it wasn’t part of the first dance and I thought it might have been missed”.
Thank you Nikki and John for making me feel like a guest at your wonderful wedding, I enjoyed every minute.
