Louise and Andrew, Marylebone Old Town Hall & The Amadeus, Little Venice, 11th February 2012.
London in early spring sunshine, a brief for reportage photography and two very different locations – what a fabulous way to start a new year of wedding photography.
Above all Louise and Andrew wanted a relaxed day, with the photographs showing lots of captured moments. This was fun from beginning to end and even on the 11th of February there was enough natural light indoors to create atmospheric pictures during the ceremony.
The Amadeus is a great venue, a former church with the reception in the crypt downstairs – and their signature light cascade.

The wedding breakfast was served in what was the main body of the church and I was able to go up to the balcony above to capture everyone sitting at their tables – and the atmosphere of the place. The lighting again made it possible not to use flash and get really evocative pictures.
Louise looked wonderful throughout and I loved the dress – I hope you like the pictures as much as I do because this was a wonderful day with a wonderful couple and their family and friends and I really enjoyed photographing it.
