October last year was an amazingly busy month and looking at the clear blue skies in these pictures you can see why October has become such a popular month.
This was my first visit to Hendall and Nicola and Peter who own and run Hendall were incredibly helpful on the day – they were unobtrusively on hand throughout the day to make sure every phase of it went smoothly.
I met Emma and Jeff earlier in the year for a pre-wedding shoot and between then and the big day the best and most exciting news of all was the arrival of Jasmine who was able to play a big part in the day – the dance shots of the three of them together are just gorgeous and the getting ready pictures have a wonderful extra dimension.

In October the afternoon light is beautifully warm, lending a magical glow to pictures and we were able to make the most of it in the fabulous surroundings of Hendall – the colours here are glorious.
And the blue skies were simply amazing – this was a brilliant day and I was delighted to be a part of it.
