The previous post featured a mid-winter wedding late in the day, with all the photography inside.
Here as a contrast is Sacha and Matt’s wedding at Arundel Town Hall last December that took place much earlier in the day – with clear blue skies and unbelievable sunshine!
As you can see the sunlight burst through into the ceremony and the vision that greet Sacha and Matt as they went outside on to the roof terrace had to be seen to be believed – there was literally not a cloud in the sky and the sky was a deep blue.

One of the most powerful elements of a wedding day is the sense of being surrounded by everyone you know and love – and there’s no reason why that shouldn’t extend to those with four paws as well. A quick drive to Arundel Castle near the river in a friend’s vintage Austin provided a wonderful backdrop to a very happy reunion and photo opportunity – and a very genuine expression of affection resulting in a memorable photograph.
The wedding breakfast and evening at The Eagle was hugely enjoyable – thank you Sacha and Matt for the invitation to be part of the celebration – with some of my favourite dance shots ever. This day had been years in the planning, I enjoyed it hugely and was really sorry when it came to an end.
