Gate Street Barn
I've been going to Gate Street for many years and I am delighted to be on their recommended list.
Set in the countryside outside Guildford, near Cranleigh, Gate Street is approached through wonderful country roads that you thought had long since disappeared. Civil ceremonies usually take place in the main barn, with drinks receptions held in the Pheasantry, overlooking fields - a view which so particularly appealed to the bride and groom in the photograph below that they wanted to be pictured in it.

Whilst both the barn and Pheasantry have an antique feel one separate end of the barn is discretely very modern, with preparation rooms for the bride and bridesmaids, and somewhere to meet the registrars. In addition to the space outside with fields as a backdrop with the owner's permission you can also use her own very pretty gardens to give great variety to your pictures.
