Black & White Photography
Black-and-white photography is a house speciality, and the relevant gallery shows examples of what it can do.
Again and again clients have told me that their b+w photographs are amongst their favourite images of the day - they often describe them as "timeless" and "full of emotion" as well as "flattering".
Without the distraction of details in colour (all of which can be recorded in colour pictures) the eye is lead to faces and expressions - to the real emotion of the day.
Not surprisingly this reflects our overall approach - that the truly memorable pictures of a wedding day are captured real moments, not posed ones.
Black-and-white pictures can be captured digitally or on film. Henry is one of the few photographers who still hand prints black-and-white pictures in the traditional darkroom at the request of his clients.
